1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "f33b", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the f33b platform and the entity operating it under the domain f33b.io.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the f33b platform or uses the platform's services in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the f33b website accessible at f33b.io, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, betting interfaces, account dashboards, and any associated mobile-optimised views.
• "Account" means the registered player account created and maintained by you on the platform.
• "Balance" means the total Bangladeshi Taka (৳) amount held in your f33b account at any given time, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds separately tracked.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other betting market offered on the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit awarded to your account by f33b, subject to applicable wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.

Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the f33b platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and f33b. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

f33b reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use f33b's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. f33b does not accept registrations from individuals below this age under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of placing bets or accessing the platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, voluntary or otherwise, that restricts your access to online gambling platforms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close associate of f33b or any of its affiliated partners, game providers, or payment processors, where such association creates a conflict of interest.

3.2 Registration Process

When registering for an f33b account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one f33b account only. Opening, maintaining, or using multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or in conjunction with other individuals — is strictly prohibited. f33b employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, all balances may be voided, and any pending withdrawals will be cancelled.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

f33b is committed to maintaining a safe and fraud-free environment. As part of this commitment, we require all players to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal and at any subsequent point where f33b deems it necessary.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission, or your valid Bangladesh passport.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other document confirming your residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, for facial verification purposes.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

f33b aims to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed. f33b reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of verification.

5 Account Security and Passwords

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your f33b account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if you believe your password has been compromised, you must notify f33b immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. f33b will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login credentials.

f33b will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat, or any communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

6 Deposits and Payment Methods

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

f33b accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — operated by Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet
• Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking
• BRAC Bank online transfer

• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (where applicable)

6.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no published maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above certain thresholds may trigger additional security review. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are not accepted and will be returned where feasible.

Deposits processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your f33b balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. f33b is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or network congestion.

6.3 Deposit Currency

All deposits are received and held in Bangladeshi Taka. f33b does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. There are no currency conversion fees applied to Taka deposits.

7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional security review is required.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must have passed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Your account must be in good standing — not suspended, under investigation, or subject to any restriction.
• Any active bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before real-money funds can be withdrawn, unless f33b explicitly permits a withdrawal while a bonus is active.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

7.3 Withdrawal Verification

f33b reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Where such documentation is requested, the withdrawal will be held pending receipt and review of the requested documents.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

f33b offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, BPL season promotions, Eid special offers, and other time-limited promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified in each promotion's terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the bonus being voided.
• f33b reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to cancel any bonus awarded in error or obtained through abuse of promotional terms.
• If a player withdraws their real-money balance while a bonus is still active, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited unless f33b's current promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.

9 Betting and Gaming Rules

9.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on f33b are binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that the bet you place — including the selection, stake amount, and market — is correct before confirming. f33b does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except where a manifest error has occurred on the platform's part.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, game, and event. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placing a bet. f33b reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time and without prior notice.

9.3 Void Bets and Settlements

f33b reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: where the event was settled in error; where the odds or game parameters were affected by a technical fault; where the bet was placed after the event had already concluded; or where f33b has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to the player's account.

9.4 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the f33b platform use certified random number generation (RNG) where applicable. RTP (Return to Player) rates for slots are published by the relevant game providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Live casino games are operated by certified studios run by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi and are subject to those providers' independent oversight frameworks.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f33b platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to f33b by any person under 21 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one f33b account, or sharing an account with another individual.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit funds derived from illegal activity or to cycle funds in a manner consistent with money laundering.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of casino games or sports markets.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting discrepancies between f33b's odds and those of other platforms to guarantee profits regardless of outcome.
• Use of bots or automated software: Using scripts, programs, or automated tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise operate the platform in a non-human manner.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including creating duplicate accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised payment chargebacks or disputes against legitimate transactions.
• Interference with platform integrity: Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with f33b's software, games, or infrastructure.

11 Responsible Gaming

f33b is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its services. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all f33b account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your f33b account.

• Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks).

12 Suspension and Termination

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Detection of prohibited activities as listed in Clause 10.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against f33b.
• Requests made by a player's bank or payment provider in connection with a dispute or fraud investigation.
• Compliance with any applicable law, regulation, or order from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, f33b reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may contact [email protected]. We will process voluntary closure requests within 24 hours and will facilitate withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the f33b platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the property of f33b or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the f33b platform without the prior written consent of f33b. Your account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only.

Game content provided by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with f33b.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f33b shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the f33b platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, network outages, or interruptions to payment processing systems not within f33b's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds or game parameters that are promptly corrected following discovery.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including live scores, odds, or statistics.
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, internet outages, or telecommunications failures.

f33b's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player into their f33b account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

15 Privacy and Data Protection

f33b's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, f33b collects the personal information necessary to operate your account, process payments, complete KYC verification, provide customer support, and comply with applicable anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations. f33b does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. f33b retains player data for the period required by applicable law and our internal data retention policy, and deletes it securely thereafter. 16 Amendments to These Terms

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications to existing provisions, or administrative updates — may be made without specific notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect when the most recent revision was made.

If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

17 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency arising from translation into any other language, the English version shall prevail.

f33b operates an online platform serving players in Bangladesh. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or from use of the platform through direct communication in the first instance.
